We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Associate to assist our customers.
The Customer Care Associate will assist our customers schedule service calls and dispatch our technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service industry.
Some plumbing or heating and air knowledge helpful but we will train.
Must be detail oriented, friendly, and be able to multitask.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-4:
30pm.
Duties:
Record and maintain customer accounts accurately and efficiently Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction Schedule and dispatch service technicians, maintaining clear communication with customers regarding arrival times.
Assist customers with any questions and concerns.
Perform general administrative duties including updating records, calling customers to schedule maintenance visits, asking customers for reviews.
Ensure excellent customer service on every phone call, exhibiting positivty, knowledge, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Proficient in computer operation including software such as Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to schedule accurately and proficiently.
Attention to detail is key.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Background check and drug screening is required We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
