Chewy is seeking a Program Manager of Inbound Scheduling to manage new Inbound Scheduling special projects and analytical request.
This role will act as the primary program manager for large-scale and emerging technology/process implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and process improvement, a track record for utilizing data to drive decisions, and exceptional cross organization collaboration skills.
A highly organized individual with an understanding of the program management process will ensure the project is ready on time and on budget.
This is a high-visibility role that will interact with all levels of the organization and requires a candidate that has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Program Manager will partner closely with a cross function of internal stakeholders, along with external subcontractors and vendors.
The role requires someone who can be agile, roll-up their sleeves, and think outside the box to succeed, as it requires managing an expanding fulfillment/supply chain network.

Prepare, publish, distribute and maintain a project schedule with milestones for all cross-functional stakeholders Create bid packages, negotiate any revisions to vendor bids, and facilitates project scope changes Maintain up to date financial picture of project, providing finance/accounting with schedule of invoicing Monitor project progress, incorporate resolutions to potential project delays and communicates project status to leadership on a timely basis Ensure smooth and consistent communication and exchanges of data between operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prepare a concise and thorough commissioning plan and acceptance testing, managing commissioning activities of vendors and ensures operations acceptance Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services/deliverables Up to 25% Travel as a Program Manager is required and depends on the current project assignment(s) What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business discipline 5
years experience with project management 3
years' experience functional experience in implementing process changes and managing large complex projects Strong analytics and communications background (e.
g.
, math, statistics, quantitative methods, and verbal and writing proficiency) Perform business requirements analysis and design Act as the primary liaison between operations leadership and vendors Perform gap analysis between physical processes and future operations needs and the have the ability to vet project requests and prioritize them accordingly Build structured prioritization and change management processes Identify and recommend operations improvement opportunities to meet ever increasing business requirements Comprehensive computer application skills - Office, Project, CAD Knowledgeable of contract language and accounting functions Cross functional team management experience Must have experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, manufacturing and/or materials handling systems Chewy is committed to equal opportunity.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
